  • 3 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons or more as you like it ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon or more as you like red chili pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or mint
