- 2 lb. squash, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender in a small amount of boiling salted water; drain.

2Season with salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon margarine.

3Stir in chicken soup, sour cream and pimiento.

4Combine 1/2 cup margarine and stuffing mix, stirring until well blended.
