- 2 lb. yellow squash, sliced (6 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1In saucepan, cook squash and onion in boiling water (salted) for 5 minutes; drained.

2Combine soup and sour cream.

3Fold in drained squash and onion.

4Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine.

5Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Spoon squash mixture on top.

7Sprinkle remaining stuffing over this.

8Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
