  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. squash, parboiled with onion and drained
  • 1/2 stick butter

Directions

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Fold into squash.

    Fold in stuffing mix.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Dot with remaining butter. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
