  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 6 squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 small jar Cheese Whiz
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Boil squash until tender.

    Melt soup and cheese into onions.

    Add squash, beaten egg and crumbled crackers.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place mixture in casserole dish and bake at 350° uncovered until light brown on top.
