- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- 6 squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small jar Cheese Whiz
- 1 pkg. Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Boil squash until tender.

3Melt soup and cheese into onions.

4Add squash, beaten egg and crumbled crackers.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Place mixture in casserole dish and bake at 350° uncovered until light brown on top.
