  • 3 to 4 c. squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • milk (approximately 1/2 c.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 piece bread
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook squash in water until soft; drain.

    Crumble bread.

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

    Pour in pan.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.
