- 1 family size pkg. yellow squash (18 oz.)
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 c. buttered crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender.

2Drain.

3Add cheese slices and butter to squash.

4Add mushroom soup, beaten eggs and salt and pepper.

5Stir well.

6Pour into a greased casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.
