Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 medium squash
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. diced ham
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut squash in pieces and cook in small amount of water until tender.

    Drain and mash squash.

    Add other ingredients.

    Mix and bake in 1-quart greased casserole dish for 30 minutes at 400°. Serves 4 to 6.
