- 8 to 10 yellow squash, diced
- 2 to 3 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag herbed stuffing mix
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook squash; drain.

2Cook carrots and onions until tender; drain.

3Add soup to squash, carrots and onions.

4Add sour cream. Add melted margarine to the herbed stuffing mix.

5Put 2/3 of stuffing mix in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Add squash mixture and top with rest of stuffing mix.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
