- 2 c. herb stuffing
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. yellow squash, shredded or cut up very fine
- 2 small zucchini, cut up very fine
- 1/4 c. shredded carrots
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine stuffing and oleo.

2Reserve 1/2 cup stuffing mixture.

3In a 2-quart baking dish, spread remaining stuffing mixture.

4In bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese. Stir in squash and carrot.

5Spread soup mixture over stuffing mixture.

6Sprinkle with reserved stuffing mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
