- 1 1/2 lb. squash (1 qt.)
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 c. sour cream (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing
Directions

1Cook squash in a little water and salt.

2Drain and mix with soup, onion and carrot.

3Grease a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish and put in all ingredients.

4Put 1/2 package of stuffing over top and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
