- 2 c. cooked squash, well drained
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. round or oval crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine squash, margarine, onion, crushed crackers, milk, mixed with beaten egg, salt, pepper and cheese.

3Pour into buttered 1-quart Pyrex dish.

4During the last 15 minutes, add Pepperidge Farm stuffing to cover top.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
