  • 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper
