  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk

Directions

    Mash cooked squash; add to other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.
