- 2 c. cooked yellow squash
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Mash cooked squash; add to other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes.
