Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. or 6 yellow squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3 grated carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook squash in salted water until tender. Drain and mash squash.

    Mix all other ingredients well.

    Put in a large buttered casserole dish.

    Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.

    Freezes well.
