- 2 1/2 lb. or 6 yellow squash
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 grated onion
- 3 grated carrots
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash in salted water until tender. Drain and mash squash.

2Mix all other ingredients well.

3Put in a large buttered casserole dish.

4Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350°.

5Freezes well.
