- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 small grated carrots
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix
Directions

1Mix butter and stuffing mix in bowl.

2Cook squash and onion and then add cream of chicken, sour cream, carrots and cheese.

3Line bottom of baking dish with 1/2 of stuffing mixture.

4Spread squash mixture as middle layer and remainder of stuffing mixture on top. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
