Squash Casserole

  • 6 c. squash, cut up
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain.

    Mix soup, sour cream and carrots; add squash and onion.

    Melt butter and mix with seasoning and place 1/2 in baking dish with vegetables.

    Place the other 1/2 of seasoning on top and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
