- 6 c. squash, cut up
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain.

2Mix soup, sour cream and carrots; add squash and onion.

3Melt butter and mix with seasoning and place 1/2 in baking dish with vegetables.

4Place the other 1/2 of seasoning on top and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
