- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 6 to 8 Ritz crackers
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil squash and onions in salted water until tender.

2Drain and mash; add cheese and margarine while hot.

3Add beaten egg and milk and mix thoroughly.

4Make crumbs with Ritz crackers and stir into mixture.

5Season with salt and pepper.

6Grease pan with margarine.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
