- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Directions

1Cook squash and onion together until tender; drain and cool. Mix sliced chestnuts and chicken soup, undiluted.

2Melt margarine and mix with dressing.

3Line 2-quart casserole with half the dressing.

4Mix squash and chicken soup mixture.

5Put in casserole. Top with balance of dressing.

6Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
