- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
- 2 sticks oleo or butter
Directions

1Cook squash, carrots and onions to tender; drain.

2Add soup and sour cream.

3Mix with vegetables.

4Mix stuffing mix and butter.

5Put 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of pan; add the vegetables and then top with other half of stuffing.

6Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
