Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. stewed squash and onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing or cracker crumbs
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) or 1 can chicken mushroom soup

Directions

    Butter casserole dish.

    Put a thin layer of stuffing in bottom of dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into casserole. Sprinkle stuffing on top and dot with butter.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
