- 5 to 6 squash (yellow), boiled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
- chopped onion (optional)
Directions

1Combine boiled squash with soup, carrots, sour cream and onion.

2Pour 1/2 cup stuffing to mix with melted butter, then stir into baking dish.

3Pour 3/4 of stuffing into mixture, then spread around dish evenly.

4Pour remaining stuffing on top.

5Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
