Garlic Shrimp Pots

- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, quartered
- 8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 small red chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 24 None medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, leaving tails intact
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- None None Sea salt and pepper, to season
- None None Lemon wedges, to serve
- None None Baguette, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 425°F.

2Divide oil, butter, garlic and chili peppers among 4 small ovenproof ramekins. Place on a baking pan.

3Bake 10 mins. Place 6 shrimp in each ramekin. Bake for a further 6-8 mins or until shrimp are just cooked through.

4To serve, sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh baguette.
