Ingredients
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. yellow squash, cooked, seasoned and mashed
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crushed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar pimentos, cut fine
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Melt oleo.

2Pour over stuffing mix and stir.

3Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with 1/2 the crumbs.

4Save rest for top.

5Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix.

6Sprinkle rest of crumbs over top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

8May be made in 2 smaller size casseroles.

9Freeze one.
