  • 2 c. cooked squash, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c. herb flavored bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    Cover with crumbs.

    Return to oven.
