- 3 lb. squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain well.

2Mash squash; add onion, eggs, sugar, salt, pepper and 1/2 butter.

3Place in dish and top with cracker crumbs.

4Melt remaining butter and spread over cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
