- 4 large summer squash
- 2 large onions, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 or more cheese slices
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil sliced squash and onions until tender; drain.

2Put half in a greased baking dish; add salt and pepper, 1/2 can soup and 4 slices of cheese.

3Then add remaining squash.

4Add other 1/2 can of soup, cheese and crackers on top.

5Bake at 350° until bubbly and brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
