Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 pkg. herb dressing

Directions

    Cook squash until tender and drain.

    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 of dressing and margarine.

    Melt margarine and add to remaining dressing.

    Spread on top of mixture.

    Add a little sharp Cheddar cheese, if desired.
