- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook squash and onions with butter and a little salt and pepper. After squash has cooked down, add salt, pepper and remaining ingredients. Bake at 300° for about 1 hour.
