  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. squash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook squash and onions with butter and a little salt and pepper. After squash has cooked down, add salt, pepper and remaining ingredients. Bake at 300° for about 1 hour.
