- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1 small tub onion dip
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 box cornbread Stove Top stuffing
Directions

1Saute squash, onion and 1/2 stick butter until squash is tender.

2Set aside.

3In a large bowl, combine dry Stove Top, seasoning packet and 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted).

4Press 1/2 into bottom of casserole dish.

5Combine squash mixture with onion dip, mushroom soup and pepper.

6Pour over stuffing in casserole dish, then crumble the remaining stuffing on top.

7Bake at 350° until golden brown.
