- 4 c. squash, cooked until tender, drained and mashed
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 carrots, finely grated
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing
Directions

1Melt butter; mix with stuffing.

2Use half to line bottom of baking dish.

3Mix other ingredients with salt and pepper.

4Pour over stuffing mix, then top with remaining stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° in preheated oven until casserole is done, approximately 30 minutes.
