- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large grated carrot
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (small)
Directions

1Cut up squash and cook with carrot, onion and salt until tender.

2Drain well.

3Add sour cream and chicken soup.

4Mix well. Put in casserole dish.

5Melt margarine, add stuffing mix and put on top of squash mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
