  • 1 pkg. cornbread Stove Top dressing
  • 4 diced yellow squash
  • 4 diced zucchini squash
  • 4 grated carrots
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

    Steam squash in microwave until tender, about 9 minutes. Saute carrots and onion in margarine

    until tender.

    Mix remaining ingredients together, including package of herbs from dressing mix.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
