- 1 pkg. cornbread Stove Top dressing
- 4 diced yellow squash
- 4 diced zucchini squash
- 4 grated carrots
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Steam squash in microwave until tender, about 9 minutes. Saute carrots and onion in margarine

2until tender.

3Mix remaining ingredients together, including package of herbs from dressing mix.

4Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
