- 4 to 5 medium yellow squash
- 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- pepper
Directions

1Cut squash in pieces.

2Cook in boiling water until tender, approximately 20 minutes.

3Combine all ingredients after squash has been mashed with fork.

4Stir and put into 1-quart casserole dish.

5Bake for 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
