- 1 qt. jar canned squash or 6 to 8 medium squash, boiled until done
- 8 slices cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pkg. saltines
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Spray glass baking dish with Pam.

2Layer ingredients.

3Layer squash, onion, saltines and cheese to make about 2 layers.

4Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

5Pour over layers.

6Bake at 350° until brown on top.
