  • 1 qt. jar canned squash or 6 to 8 medium squash, boiled until done
  • 8 slices cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 pkg. saltines
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Spray glass baking dish with Pam.

    Layer ingredients.

    Layer squash, onion, saltines and cheese to make about 2 layers.

    Mix together milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

    Pour over layers.

    Bake at 350° until brown on top.
