- 2 eggplants
- 1 corn
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated cheese
- 1 carrot
- cherry tomatoes amount needed
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- sea salt to taste
Directions

1Wash the eggplants and cut into thin slices, grilled over hot iron on each side.
