Squash Casserole

  • 1 lb. squash, sliced
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • paprika

Directions

    Cook squash in boiling water until tender.

    Combine all ingredients except paprika and 1/2 cup cheese. Blend well. Pour into greased casserole.

    Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
