- 1 lb. squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- paprika
Directions

1Cook squash in boiling water until tender.

2Combine all ingredients except paprika and 1/2 cup cheese. Blend well. Pour into greased casserole.

3Top with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
