- 2 lb. squash (6 c.)
- 1 can creamed chicken soup
- 1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded carrot
Directions

1Cook squash and onion 5 minutes; drain.

2Combine with soup, sour cream and carrot.

3Mix stuffing mix and butter together. Layer half of stuffing mix on bottom of pan, then add squash mixture.

4Top with rest of stuffing mix.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
