- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds cooked and seasoned squash, mashed
- 1 to 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix (8-oz.)
- 1 can pimento, finely diced
- 1 8-oz. carton sour cream
- 1 can finely sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Melt 1 to 1 1/2 stick margarine. Pour over dry stuffing mix and line dish with 1/2 of this mixture.

2Mix above ingredient and pour over crumbs.

3Top with remaining crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
