Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 small yellow squash
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • cracker crumbs

Directions

    Parboil sliced yellow squash and drain well.

    Mix other ingredients and combine with drained squash.
  3. 3
    Place in casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
