  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. oil
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. pecans

    Set oven at 350°.

    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Add sugar, oil and eggs.

    Beat well.

    Add carrots and nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured round cake pans (3).
