  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch]
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. herb seasoned dressing (Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

    To squash, add cornstarch.

    Mix salt, pepper, onion, cheese, milk and dressing.

    Mix and then stir in margarine and eggs.

    Pour into a greased baking dish.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
