- 2 lb. sliced squash
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Add milk, squash, onion, crumbs, half the cheese, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour in buttered casserole.

4Top with remaining cheese and bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
