  • 2 cans squash, drained and mashed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Beat the egg and mix with all the other ingredients.

    Place in a greased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, at 450° for 40 minutes.
