- 4 c. squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Saute squash and onion until tender; drain well.

2Add soup and sour cream.

3Melt margarine; stir in stuffing mix.

4Spread half the stuffing mix in greased casserole dish.

5Pour in squash mixture; cover with remaining stuffing mix.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
