- 5 zucchini or yellow squash, sliced not peeled
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. shredded carrot
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 1/2 c. Stove Top
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash in 1 inch boiling salted water until tender.

2Drain well.

3Brown onion and carrot in half oleo in skillet.

4Stir in 1/2 Stove Top.

5Add soup, sour cream and squash.

6Pour in 2-quart casserole.

7Brown other half of Stove Top in remaining oleo and arrange on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

9Can use cheese on top also.
