  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Directions

    Boil squash that has been cut into pieces until tender.

    Drain well.

    Mix ingredients.

    Place in buttered casserole.

    Cover with stuffing and bake until bubbly at 350°.
