Squash Casserole

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • potato chips for topping

Directions

    Put margarine and squash in pan (no water).

    Cook until almost tender (6 to 8 minutes).

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Stir in egg and cheese.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Crush potato chips.

    Put on top of squash mixture.
  8. 8
    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
