- 3 c. cooked squash
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook squash until tender and drain.

2Add butter, salt, pepper and milk.

3Mix together; then add beaten eggs, onion, cheese and cracker crumbs.

4Cook in a greased casserole.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for about 40 minutes.
