  • 2 c. cooked squash, mashed
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in casserole dish. Sprinkle Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs to cover bottom.

    Pour in squash mixture, then sprinkle rest of dressing crumbs on top. Bake 3/4 to 1 hour at 350°.
